Registration in the Scheme
Every employer engaged in the Construction Industry must register with the Board. Registration is compulsory by law and there are penalties for non-registration.
Registration certificates confirming registration are sent to employers after their applications have been processed by the Board.
If you are unsure of whether you are required to register or not please contact the Board and speak to one of our Inspectors for further information.
